Order Processing

- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

- Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

- We currently ship across India only.

Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via Email or SMS (where available).

Shipping Address

- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- HurryMart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Multiple Shipments

- As we work with multiple suppliers, products from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.
